Someone once told me “J. I never know what you are going to do next.”
Two years ago I started working on a sketch of the heartbeat and using images around Westport. But I could see this image as I was driving around town. What was I going to do with it? Logo idea? Nope. An image for social media or the website? Well maybe. Then over the winter, I was playing around with the terms Eat. Sleep. Westport. Repeat. (if you know my story, you know that my life), but what was I going to do with this? I’m now up to two designs and had no idea what to do. Then, my friend 41 was popping up… (If you follow on IG you know about my adventure with 41). Then it hit me, make tee shirts, mugs, anything that can put an image on it. If you have contacted me in any way over the last two months and I haven’t gotten back to you, this is why. Trying to figure every out – oh and the hardest thing – keeping this a secret.
My goal is not to use the Finding Westport logo on everything. I will have a few items for my followers/readers who have been around since I started this page. There are other Connecticut-inspired designs for friends or family who could use some “Connecticut-spiration.” More designs will be released over the next few weeks.
