Pack up and drop off orders to FedEx or UPS. Track orders online as they are delivered and then update spreadsheet. Update Wines orders that are delivered or pending. Organize invoices for payments. Organize wine returns to distributors and cultivate working relationships with various distributor Representatives in the state of Connecticut. Update website with current products and inventory. Answer customer’s queries and provide excellent customer service in a courteous manner with walk-in customers and with customers over the phone. *Must carry own laptop.
