
Riko’s Pizza in Westport is serving up bold winter flavors with two limited-time specialty pies available now through April 30.
The popular tavern-style pizza spot has introduced the Riko’s Scarpariello Pizza and the Eggplant Ricotta Pizza as part of its seasonal menu, both crafted on the brand’s signature super-thin crust.
The Riko’s Scarpariello Pizza features blended mozzarella topped with chicken sausage, spicy sausage, tangy hot cherry peppers, and thinly sliced red onions. The pie is finished with a drizzle of Riko’s hot oil and fresh chopped basil.
The Eggplant Ricotta Pizza combines plum tomato sauce and blended mozzarella with breaded eggplant and dollops of ricotta, topped with aged Parmesan and fresh basil.
