Westport Book Shop features local photographer Lesley Vincent in January exhibit

Lesley Vincent

The Westport Book Shop is showcasing the work of local photographer Lesley Vincent throughout January at its Drew Friedman Art Place gallery.

Vincent, a senior leader in the artificial intelligence technology industry with an MBA from Cornell University, is exhibiting a series of photographs capturing New England seaside towns, including Westport, Southport, Black Rock, Provincetown and Martha’s Vineyard. The series reflects his creative approach to blending technology and daily life through photography.

A reception for the artist will be held Friday, Jan. 16, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Space is limited and attendees are asked to RSVP by phone or email. The exhibit runs through Jan. 27 and all artwork is available for purchase.

The Drew Friedman Art Place is a dedicated gallery within the nonprofit Westport Book Shop, which also offers gently used and antiquarian books, vinyl records, CDs and DVDs. The shop is located at 23 Jesup Road, across from Jesup Green, and is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
