Business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, and local leaders gathered at Zucca Gastrobar on July 30 for the launch of the Executive Networking Series. The event aims to strengthen professional relationships while introducing local companies to Fairfield County nonprofit organizations.

The series was created through a partnership between VTB Financial and Prestige Cabinetry & Design LLC. It was founded by Lonny McGee, Managing Director of VTB Financial, and Anna Bejger, Vice President of Operations at Prestige Cabinetry & Design LLC.

Bejger noted that the initiative seeks to create more than business opportunities by connecting local companies with different regional nonprofits. McGee added that the series provides an environment where business conversations can turn into long-term partnerships.

The inaugural event featured Operation Hope and the Wakeman Boys & Girls Club, giving attendees a chance to learn about their efforts supporting local children, families, and individuals. Representatives from both organizations shared their missions and highlighted their regional impact.

During the gathering, Paul and Floriana Dushi of Dushi Marble & Granite presented a donation to Operation Hope. The owners noted that supporting local organizations like Operation Hope is central to their company values.

Guests spent the evening exchanging ideas, expanding professional networks, and exploring future collaborations. Organizers recognized supporting partners including Advanced Dentistry of Fairfield County, Alves Insurance LLC, Awe Snap, Dushi Marble & Granite, Engage PEO, Fairfield Emerging Leaders Organization, and Sylwia Janik Photography.
