Westport Country Playhouse will present “Karma Kabaret: The Spiritual Journey — and All That Jazz!” on Saturday, Feb. 14, offering a Valentine’s Day evening of music, storytelling, and reflection.

The 7:30 p.m. performance will take place in the Lucille Lortel White Barn Center as part of the Playhouse’s Barnstormer Series. The event is created and performed by Westport resident M Zavidow, with Chris Coogan on piano, John Mobilio on bass, and arrangements by Don Rebic.

The 90-minute show, presented without intermission, explores Zavidow’s multifaceted life journey, spanning more than three decades as a corporate communicator, cabaret performer, songwriter, social worker, yoga teacher, and endurance athlete.

“It’s kind of like Robin Williams meets Streisand meets TED Talks meets Einstein meets Buddha meets Broadway meets Zavidow,” Zavidow said.

Tickets are $30 and include a post-show “Bubbly and Chocolate” after-party. Barnstormer events are limited to 70 attendees, and “Karma Kabaret” returns to the Playhouse following two sold-out performances last year.

Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase before the show. Seating is general admission and unreserved. Additional details are available at westportplayhouse.org.
