
Bartaco has brought back its seasonal lobster menu items for a limited time this summer. The regional offerings are available for dine-in guests, as well as through online ordering at bartaco.com and third-party delivery platforms including Uber Eats and DoorDash, depending on local availability.
The seasonal lineup features the lobster and corn taco, a signature item that returns to the menu each summer. The dish consists of brown butter-poached lobster paired with a creamy corn-lemongrass purée and a hominy and sweet corn pico de gallo. According to the ingredient details, the taco contains shellfish and dairy.
Also available is the lobster esquites, which can be ordered as a side dish or a shareable starter. This seasonal variation features sweet corn kernels tossed in a creamy crema sauce, topped with brown butter-poached lobster, and finished with cayenne. The dish contains dairy, egg, soy, refined sugar, and shellfish.
These specialized lobster dishes are scheduled to remain on the menu for a restricted window during the summer season. The company noted that these items are brought back on a strictly limited basis annually.
