The Westport Woman’s Club is collecting new and gently used clothing and accessories for its Annual Epic Clothing & Accessories Sale. Proceeds from the fundraising event will support charitable programs, local organizations, and nonprofits across Fairfield County.

Tax-deductible donations are being accepted from Friday, Sept. 11, through Friday, Nov. 6, 2026. Drop-offs can be made in the coat room at the club’s headquarters, located at 44 Imperial Avenue in Westport, on weekdays between 10:00 a.m. and noon, and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The club accepts women’s and men’s clothing, shoes, boots, handbags, scarves, jewelry, and accessories, along with surplus inventory from local retailers. Damaged, torn, or heavily soiled items are not accepted, nor are undergarments, lingerie, or bathing suits.

Proceeds from the sale fund the organization’s Food Closet, need-based student scholarships, and annual community grants awarded to local charitable organizations. Westport Woman’s Club President Nancy Austin noted that donated items directly assist community support programs.

The sale takes place at 44 Imperial Avenue on Friday, Nov. 13, and Saturday, Nov. 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 15, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Early admission is offered Friday, Nov. 13, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for a $10 donation, while all remaining items will be half price on Sunday.
