
The Museum of Contemporary Art Connecticut has finalized the schedule for its upcoming flagship concert series, MoCA\CT Presents. The new 2026–2027 season will feature seven distinct musical performances staged directly inside the museum’s contemporary art galleries in Westport.
The concert series spans multiple genres, including jazz, classical, R&B, and crossover music, running from October 2026 through May 2027. The line-up includes several Grammy Award winners and international performers scheduled to play in the intimate gallery spaces.
The season begins on Saturday, October 3, 2026, with R&B and soul artist Morgan James during her Soul Remains Tour. The schedule continues on Saturday, November 14, 2026, with the final round of the Heida Hermanns International Music Competition, featuring three finalist pianists premiering a newly commissioned work by composer Samuel Adams.
Jazz performers Dee Dee Bridgewater and Bill Charlap will perform a voice-and-piano duo concert on Saturday, January 30, 2027. Classical performances follow with the Calidore String Quartet on Saturday, February 20, 2027, and the Jasper String Quartet on Saturday, March 13, 2027.
The final two shows feature the crossover group Time for Three on Thursday, April 29, 2027, followed by jazz vocalist Kate Kortum on Saturday, May 8, 2027. Except for the afternoon piano competition, all concerts are scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.
Single admission ticket prices range from $50 to $120, with discounts available for museum members and seniors. Specialized VIP packages include early entry at 6:00 p.m. for a pre-concert reception with beverages and hors d’oeuvres alongside reserved bistro table seating.
